Final orders

Because every cake is scheduled and made for a specific pickup window, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded after payment except when required by law or when we cannot fulfill the order.

Pickup responsibility

Missed or late pickups are not refundable. Contact us as soon as possible if an emergency affects your pickup.

Problems with an order

If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can review it fairly.
